Leveling glitch

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

In what game mode did the bug occur? Everywhere
Summarize your bug So basically after i promoted my snapdragon to GM5 and my Kernel Corn to GM2, i went to play a match of Ops. I entered, picked snapdragon and imediatly saw that i had a level 109 Snapdragon, with GM6. I went back to Giddy park and i checked all my plants When i realised that my corn was level 82 GM3(it should’ve Bean GM2). I also lost around 60 levels of my overall rank.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not really sure what caused it.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Snapdragon
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Corn: Shogun-Guard, Rapid Recob; Snapdragon: Coolant, Radiate, Rough Patch, Excellent Accelerant.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I hope that this issue can be fixed soon.

    @TheSprinter85 I'm also experiencing this bug. I'm level 1801 but I'm supposed to be level 1891. My Snapdragon and Sunflower are level 100, GM 5 and both say they need 3,688 xp to level 101. When I go to promote them, it says both of them will go to GM 6.

    As of today the issue has not been resolved. I have contacted Ea Help a copile of times, but in the end they Said there’s nothing they can do right now, since progress is sacre on the server. I hope this gets fixed in the next update though.

    It’s a pretty significant issue - so hopefully this will be fixed in the next patch! 😇

    So, i dont know When the next patch is coming, and i dont understand why they aren’t  looking into this, so please, if anyone else is experiencing similar problems, post them here.
