Losing Items in PVZ

Since the DLC I've been booted out of 5 gardens and graveyard sessions because of this I've lost the folloing items: 

I've lost coins I would have gotten from  the 5 games

3 skip challenge stars I used

3 zombies I summoned

5 plants I potted

EA customer service has already told me there is nothing they can/will do to replace these items. I know they have a screen on the main menu that says they are working on issues, but I hope they do something soon to keep this from continuing.

    there are way too many of us experiencing this issue, you think they would do something like free packs as a trade off, at least

    I created this thread to talk about items I lost from the game, not to read all of you whining and snapping at one another. If you want to do that can you start your own thread please?? Thanks!
