LOSING XP AFTER MATCH

Hi my gamer tag is @T1kller my platform is pc. and after the latest update/patch I've been having lots of issues , one of them being I'm losing xp and not gaining any after matches , my over all level will be prestige 11 and level 51 while entering and afterward leveling up characters , it goes back to what it was , after a match ,as if it's not saving or updating my stats , pls help, I'm fighting hard for those legendaries
