Lost Data?

I have had the game for my Xbox 360, and now I downloaded it on my Xbox one, and I logged on the game and it says I'm a level 1, I was around level 80 before with all characters, is there any way I can retrieve the data? Because I would really wanna have all things I had after playing the game so much...

    I am really sorry, but your progress in Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 1 can`t be transferred from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. Sadly, you will have to start from scratch on your new console.

    Thanks for coming back to us. Have you tried to play Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 on your new console?

    Yes I have. I have it downloaded and have played it a lot, I could get all my GW1 characters to GW2 on my Xbox one. It's a fantastic and fun game to play.
