LOST LEVEL PACKS, SKIPS USED AND NOT COUNTING, DISCONNECT ISSUES

Your progress only saves when you either quit or the game ends, unfortunately if you leave the game by any other means it wont be saved; although your inventory is updated automatically.

From the character packs of levels 4-10, in 5 of these packs you will get a character piece. The last character piece to unlock the character will be at level 10 and therefor you would have unlocked that character.

I did not get the 'Fire Peashooter' final piece at level 10, I am still missing 1 piece

My Peashooter is now level 12 and we are still missing 1 piece from the 'Fire' Peashooter (?)

also as you state, in 5 of those packs from 4-10, we are NOT getting pieces

we need one more engineer (not the newest one) and are up to level 8 and still only have 1 piece

I think there is an issue with the system

checking the rest of the characters, our All-Star is level 10 and we are still missing 1 more piece of the last one (its not the newest character)

Could you please post the levels and pieces remaining for each of the progression characters you're missing? Just so everything is consolodated and easy to read.

Didn't you have a problem with your stickershop before? Could have been possible you leveled up and had those new packs unopened when they were multiplying. When they removed them, the new packs would have been removed aswell?

yes i did have a problem with my sticker store

it had to be fixed so i think the packs were removed

please fix this issue
