Lost Progress

Were you logged into an account before you reinstalled? If so you can just log back into that account and all of your progress will be there.

Unfortunately if you hadn't logged into an account there wouldn't be a way to recover the progress you'd made before.

Hi Andy, we have the same problem and as your question about logged into an account. Does Game Center count? cause it wont sync. is there anyway to make it work? As of ios 10 game center isnt an app anymore and the options feels alot more limeted.

Same issue here. Today, when I open the game, 30 seconds later, at most, the game crashes and shows a window saying "an error has occured". Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to fix this issue, but now I have a bigger one: All my progress was thrown at the trash can!

I had all common cards, most of the rare ones, my multiplayer level was 39 and I had close to 6000 gems to spend.

I thought I was! I downloaded this game through Google Play Games and sometimes my Google Play Games username showed in the screen while opening PvZ Heroes, I had no clue I was "playing anonymously" and the game support would give me a middle finger because of that!

I was logged in with my game center acc.

Well it was *. Just got of the phone with ea support, if you dont ahve your game id number, there is nothing they can do, and they wont belive you cause "that account can be anyones". So we lost progress from the launch of the game til now, and I personally just got all the heros but my girlfriend lost everything she played/worked for. Cause game center doesnt save the game the same way anymore after the last IOS uppdate. Well EA, you just lost two potentionall custormors. So angry and frustraded. Well bye
