Low FPS Problem
In the menu I have about 100-120 fps but in game, its about 15-25 on low settings. Whats the problem ? http://pastebin.com/hQji1xVP

At least thanks to @WootCandy, I can know see 25-35 fps in game.
Since the game is now only running at a maximum of 35 fps, which is a playable but not a smooth framerate, I would agree that this is definitely not a proper gaming PC.

Or... This is not opmitized since I haven't get any FPS issues in the big games like bf4, gta 4 etc.
Is your RAM 2x4GB or 1x8GB stick? HD4600 isn't no gaming grade chip but it's pretty impressive for being inside a CPU I suppose... Seems to me it should be getting better than 35fps... seeing as how a 3230m HD4000 can do that with 1366x768 on low... you get fps drops during action, not pleasant.
Couldn't find any tests of Intel IGP's but this shows what the difference *may* be if it's single DIMM or two with an IGP.
