Community ManagerThe maintenance can be for any number of things, from server updates, security patches, performance improvements, bug fixing, additional features and so on. If i can get any more information about it I'll update you all.

Good to hear they finally fix the upgrade issue.
The game is pretty much balanced right now.
Note:
Unless somebody got bored, we can make it unbalance first, wait until community screaming then balance it later (shift of power).
