MAJOR BUG: Seedling and Petal-Morphosis spawning Trick-or-Treaters

Repeated three times... I think all with Solar Flare. Twice with Petal-Morphosis, once with seedling. I have the most recent version as of 1/18/2017.
Details: the zombie spawns on my side and stays there. When the zombie hero plays a trick, it gives them a card. I have the option to use cards such as berry blast against it. I don't know if you can have three zombies in the same row, it's never happened. When it gets to the zombie's turn, he fires and hits himself even if the lane is occupied or open. If his attack animation is interrupted, he will begin his hurt animation and the green line will stay on that row and FORCE YOU TO QUIT. If there is nothing in the row, or if the opponent's attack animation is slower, it will damage itself and the line will move on. It's consistently been the Trick-Or-Treater, I haven't got anything else. Happened once in online ranked, once in casual online, and once locally. I haven't done that many transformations recently, anyway. It seems to be shockingly common.
