I just want to point out that making it for another console isn't as easy as saying "WELL THE A BUTTON IS NOW THE X BUTTON, WE'RE HALFWAY THERE GUYS!"
If they were to start porting it now, it'd take about 6 months before it was ready for a Sony console, and by then, the desire to get it will have mostly died down. It wouldn't be profitable to try and port it, is what I'm trying to say.
It is quite likely that Microsoft paid for exclusivity and the game will not be on the PS3 or PS4. Perhaps the next iteration of the game will not be exclusive.
Who knows, there are many games that start out exclusive and do very well as a port 6 months to 1 year later. For all we know the game is already in the process of being ported, just no announcement to avoid the issue the PC release is having. Bottomline, it's a nice idea, but if it does happen don't count on it for at least a year. (If it's sooner just call it a pleasant surprise.)
