Mech Hunter Upgrade Bug
The ability literally does nothing. Please fix this because I think it could be a great addition to the imp's kit.

I can confirm that it does not do anything at all after multiple tests.
Like I commented in neighborville discord: any upgrade with ''faster refresh time on abilities'' does not work like imp's mech hunter, other abilities while pea suped is active and more, feel free to test it.
