you cant put a broken card into the game if the deck it's supporting sucked.
imagine science got a "every science zombie does 3 bonus attacks" for 3 brains.
would you say thats balanced because science decks suck?
also legendary doesnt mean anything, just means they're in a high rarity. people still had this card back when ti was super-rare
and how the * are flowers bad? are you rank 4 or something where the only flowers you have are bellflower and sunflower?? i have yet to see bad flower cards to the extent is counters every good one in the game including the Power Flower, forget-me-nuts, heartichoke and the list goes on.
Briar Rose was originally a pretty powerful yet expensive card, i believe the reason why it was expensive is so that tools that involve ramping to said cards could be used in your advantage since flowers also had sun-ramping, strikethrough and now this broken card.
the most common form of bounce is pogo, trampoline and dolphinado. after rank 30, a lot of people stop running trampoline, leaving pogo mug and rng.
and telling me to run removal to counter a specific card makes it not broken? seriously?? with the amount of amazing flower cards in the game, it's not very hard to set up a briar, and saying i can use locust swarm means it's balanced??
look kid, you don't balance a game if half the removal you suggest to counter are from the worst class in the game.
and the latter is "JUST USE BOUNCE AND DEADLY! XD XD"
Your logic here is somewhat flawed, I think...
Legendary DOES MEAN A LOT!
Legendary cards are usually endowed with extremely powerful effects, and mechanics. That is WHY they are Legendary...
Binary Stars: Double Damage
Quasar Gargantuar: when he kills a plant he kills all of those plants...
Captain Cucumber: when he damages the hero you GET A LEGENDARY...
The Dragonfruit!!!!!!!!!!(not even going to put anything here)
Generally speaking Legendaries are either undercosted and overstatted, or have extremely powerful game altering abilities, or in many cases: both.
That's is WHY when Briar Rose was buffed, her rarity was ALSO BUFFED as an addition to the card's balance.
As far as bounce and deadly go: I don't care what you think happens in the meta after rank 30, and so on... that was me citing example to you about how to you effectively deal with the little Rose.
You have SEVERAL people in this Topic telling you that we all have decks that deal with her, and do just fine, and that the card is balanced; and that we are Zombie players... what do you do, you start attacking us personally...
Bad form, friend...
Also, the gentlemen that posted saying that most flowers are not that great is right... He's saying that Briar Rose, a SINGLE CARD is the key to the entire deck... and having ONE CARD in a deck that buffs the deck is BALANCED... I happen to agree with this... it's a single creature that balances out , what would be a pretty bad deck, without her...
Heartichoke is a great card, but a lot of conditions need to line up in order for that creature to do any real damage, and all of the "heavy hitters" in the flower deck are all slowed down by their costs...
I think you should make a flower deck without Briar Rose, and see how you do...? Maybe then you will see what he's talking about.???

This is the Internet, in case you hadn't noticed, so you can just leave all that "reasoning" and "logic" at the playground and engage in ad hominem attacks and "no true Scotsman" fallacies like the rest of us real players!
(For people who have trouble seeing irony in posts, the preceding statement was somewhat less than completely serious...)
On the topic of Briar Rose herself, I have to say, I don't find her too terribly OP. She's certainly potent, and can be a real surprise if the person leads with some non-flower cards, but once she's out she just has to be played around. Fortunately, your zombies still can do damage for at least one turn, so strike-through can still be useful even if you can't kill BR completely.
Personally, I worry more about Mirror-Nut, because that actually hurts my HERO, but even that's not really OP.

I believe the "kid" part was for me @Clarent1975, since I am the one who talked about saving removal for Briar Rose.
If you don't want to believe me @MentalSkillness that's fine, just listen to the others. They have told you practically the same thing I did.
I just want you to know that raging about any card will not do anything for you.
