Missing Coins Pack Purchase - PvZ GW2
I've made multiple purchases, some to test whether it was Sony end or not, but my kids are not receiving the coins (Also spoke with Sony). I had bought them all the packs successfully until one of the Hot Summer packs. I had purchased them the Hot Summer pack AND the 280k coin pack at once. They received the skins, but not the coins. Any coin purchase since does not go through.
I've had to open multiple tickets and I have an open Case #184747694 now. I was finally told via email things were verified and we would receive the coins, but they emailed us at 2am EST and with 4 kids, plus a job.. as you can imagine I couldn't be online (guessing India based on time difference and we're in US). Now I'm being told I cannot get help after missing the time we were contacted to be online and receive the coins. I've been told to go back to Sony again. This is a mess and probably the worst experience I've personally encountered.
I just want the coins for the two younger kids on my account so they can finish buying up the skins and stuff they want..
