Aditya: I discussed your issue with my experts team and got to know that such bonuses that you receive on purchasing the game, is not restricted to definite number, rather irt keeps on changing and is granted for once.
Aditya: So, it's totally depends on the player's luck that which random packs open for him.
Aditya: Either you get some amount of bonuses, or you do not. So, the system would do all or nothing.
you: No it was a special offer while playing the demo it said buy now and get 500k massive bonus pack after buying regular or deluxe version. Both my wife and sons profiles
you: Got the bonus but my profile didn't

you: It was a luck kinda of draw. The bonus was another offer to buy the game

Aditya: Jon, we had very long discussion on this and after investigating properly, we come to the conclusion that such packs varies randomly, and as I told you that either the system will give you all or nothing, it's not like that it'll give 200K and will not grant rest of the bonuses
you: The 200k was my deluxe copy bonus and separate entirely
you: They did not recieve the deluxe bonus because it was bought under my profile
you: The in game mailbox offer did not say you "could" get it, but said buy regular or deluxe copy and get 500k coins
you: It seemed to be trying to entice me to upgrade from the demo
you: So I did

you: I would prefer to not repeat this whole conversation on a forum board awaiting a response and having this last 30 minutes be a waste of my time
you: At that point I would rather reach out to Sony for a refund since what I was sold is not what I recieved.
