Silly question but are you 100% sure you're on the correct account? I don't see any game on the account you're using to contact us today. 

You don't mention what system you're using but if you are on the correct account make certain that you're properly signed in- if you aren't then it could affect proper retrieval of your saved gae information.

My stepson jumped onto a splitscreen game today on PS4 and he didn't bother to check to see if he was signed into the PSN and when he got on the game he experienced the same thing- only default characters, no customization, no stars, no coins. Once he left splitscreen, signed into PSN properly and reentered the game everything was fine.

Me too, but once I'd switched my console off, then went back in everything returned, give that a try.
