Mouse acting weird

Hello, I have a problem with mouse in this game, I think it happened since I've upgraded my Windows from 7 to 10.
The problem is I can barely look around with mouse, the cursor works fine (i.e. when I'm in menus), my gamepad works fine, but mouse... I can turn around only when I move mouse very fast, and it's not like low sensitivity - It is more like the game doesn't read slow mouse movements. When I move fast, my character turn around fast - when i move slow, my char doesn't turn at all.

When a controller or controller software is plugged in // running it sometimes causes weird issues.

Try removing all your gamepads/controllers, launch the game and test.
