Mouse cursor problem

Hello!

I'm having some trouble with the mouse cursor in this game. I can´t seem to "click" where I should be while on the options menu or any contextual option. Fortunately I can aim, shoot, etc without any issue.

I suspect it has something to do with my screen resolution (currently playing at 2160p) with custom text size at 149%. This has happened to me before on olders games.

Is there any known workaround for this issue? I did search but did not find any answer about this.
