mouse moving up

When every I am not in a menu, the charater that I am playing as only looks up. I cannot even move it down. It is not an issue with my mouse. I tested a few

    Sorry to hear about this.

    Have you tried disabling the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher?

    Also, if you use Discord, have you also disabled the Discord Overlay?
