Mt Steep gnome button still broken

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

In what game mode did the bug occur? PvE Regions (Town Center, Weirding Woods, etc)
Summarize your bug Gnome button behind cheese waterfall in Mt Steep still broken
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Shoot the button
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Peashooter
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Homing pea exploding gatling
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

The July Release notes said this button was fixed.  Still does not work for me even though there have been server issues today. Thank You!

    Also did a clean install just to be sure.  I have pounded on it and gotten 20 20 20.  But no monolith or gnome.😞

    @sdsintl I've tried it on xbox and got it working fine for me using your upgrade combinations and Peashooter.  20 damage is for direct hits with peashooter, can you try some combinations of unequipping homing pea, hitting slightly away from the button for splash damage, or another character to see if it works?

    Tried 4 characters so far on two different accounts.  No love 😞. Its the last gnome in the game for me.  So tantalizingly close.  Lol

    Are you able to grab any footage or images of where you're aiming, how you're shooting, and where you're expecting to find the monolith?
