Multi-monitor / Nvidia Surround / Amd Eyefinity - Support (Also other PC options)

Hi, I absolutely love this game, it's just good fun and has great humour - BUT sadly this wasn't the 'PC' version I was expecting. It's not all rainbows and lollipops, the game could do with some PC...

While playing in surround FULLSCREEN mode I noticed that I couldn't see revive prompts, or any prompts for that matter - they were right on the left edge of the left monitor - when I switched to borderless or window mode, the game centred these prompts. So there is a weird issue with the prompts and surround in Fullscreen mode. 

I'm really hoping you guys can fix these surround issues.
