Someone on my team was doing this and I left the game. My team or not, I don't play with cheaters. Hope they fix this soon!
It's called team swap glitch. It is kind of annoying seeing this happen pretty often on Xbox. I did that and happen to become Hover Goat on the Plants Team, but I decided to just simply respawn and be a Plant.
