Multiplayer issue for 5 days on plants vs zombies Garden warfare 1

Cant play any multiplayer mode at all on GW1 for 5 days! I had no problems at all playing and connecting before. My friends online experience the same problem! Please do something and reply.

    Please let us know if the game is now working as usual!

    In case it doesn't, please tell us on what platform you are playing and if you receive any error message if you didn't write it in the thread already.

@TsarCaesar Yep. Have seen another post with an accepted solution re firewalls, but that presumably only helps those on PC? I'm Xbox

I am on PC. None of those solutions work for me. I think there is just a problem with the EU servers on all platforms.
