Have you tried signing in and out of Game Center?
Yes I did I'm still level 1 is there some way for you guys to log me in through player id?

Hmmm
It sounds like your local game save is corrupt.
It also sounds like you either don't have a cloud save, or it was already overwritten by your newly restarted game.
Unfortunately I don't think there's much you can do.
There is an option within the settings of the game to have someone from support give you a call. It's possible they might be able to help, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Sorry.
