@XMSZX5 @Dejavu_Theory - Thanks for that, I will pass these details on. It's worth noting that it's possible that some devices will not work with the game as intended but there does seem to have been some devices which were blocked from downloading by mistake.

I have the same problem, I have Motorola Moto G2 with Android 6.0, I find it difficult to believe that this phone doesn't meet the requirements to run this game.
I have same issue in my Samsung SM-G531H with Lollipop 5.1.1

- My device isn't compatible either, I have a Motorola moto e 2nd gen Android 5.1 (4g/LTE version) ... Go to www.apkmirror.com it has the game there. Sucks cause whenever there's an update you have to go there and download the update and reinstall but the game runs perfectly on my phone. I've sent complaints to ea and everyone I could think of telling about this, Google play should let us download and update through there. Anyway if you really wanna play go to that website and download it from there. Enjoy... Make sure you download the latest version when you go there if you want the latest updates/latest releases version
