My game decreased from 800 hours to 0 hours

My plants vs zombie garden warfare 2 decreased from 800 hours to 0 hours and battlefield 4 from 1067 hours to 0 hours, what do I do? I already tried to reinstall the origin and game and it did not he...

    Actually EA disappoints me more and more, I will try to communicate with them again by the support, thanks for the attention.

I had already communicated the EA customer service, they told me to post about the problem here in the forum.

Unfortunately almost all the help you'll get in these forums will be from other Players, and as Players we're not able to help you with anything which might involve data corruption, oddball glitches or other legitimate bugs.

If this is still effecting you, and you're certain that you haven't accidentally logged into a wrong account, then the only thing that we can recommend is going back to actual customer support.
