My game won't open, it's possibly a problem with AntCheat

follow the screenshot attached in the message about the crash that occurs when I try to open the game

    I tried to solve it in every possible way, as a last resort I formatted the computer and installed Windows 10, that's what solved it, so if you're having this problem, the solution is this, use Windows 10

    @TheNarigaBoy I have already repaired the game, uninstalled it, cleared the launcher cache, uninstalled the launcher, uninstalled all files linked to EA and games, reinstalled everything again, and still the problem was not solved, I am thinking about formatting the PC to see if it solves it
