my plants vs zombie : battle for neighborville game is having problems

my plants vs zombie : battle for neighborville game is having problems because there is a notification from ea anti cheat, I did not cheat at all and there are no third party applications that have the potential to cheat or anything please fix this, I have bought this game but it cannot be played.......help please..... thank you
