Hello, so my Battle for Neighborville progress restarted when I was entering a match. I was rank 1000+ and I need your support.

Hello, I am playing Plants vs Zombies Battle For Neighborville on the Nintendo Switch, last week, it restarted all my progress for some unknown reason.
