Mystery Portal Thanksgiving Day issues!

Has anyone figured out how to re-open the Mystery Portal today?? When we returned from the Backyard we found it closed and have been unsuccessful getting the Town Hall doors to re-open

My day off to play with my son and it's still down as of 5:45pm. This is turning into a real bummer at our house right now.... ☹️
