New map not working, invisible character

The invisible character thing seems to have always been around, definately not new since last patch.

- I can hear people talking, it just never loads though.
How long do you wait? 3 mins or so? Any maps that DO load? Can you try Garden ops and see if it loads?
- I waited over ten minutes once, used to give it 2-3 mins hoping, now when I see it I have to shut down my xbox one and restart to try and play. Garden ops does load, all the other maps load, just not cactus canyon.
