I don't have a friends list in my tab.
When I started the game I put my age as 21 but never had a friends list. I did not sign in to my EA account at the start. If there is a way to allow me to have the chance to sign in again that would be greatly appreciated.

I believe there is a way to connect your EA account to your PvZ Heroes game. Firstly, do you play on Computer or mobile?

Alright then, head into the gear icon on your PvZ app. Then, go into the Settings icon, find “My Account” settings, then link your PvZ Heroes account to your EA account. By doing this, it should work and allow you to access your friend list.

In my settings it is the same as your screen exept I do not have the "My Account" button. All I see is the audio settings and my username.

Do you have a Facebook or Apple ID Account by any chance? There are a few ways that you can link your account, with an EA account, Facebook or Apple ID.
