No key from rainbow chest...

I did not get a key from the 50 rainbow star chest in town hall????

    You got an item. There's absolutely no way you didn't.

    Go to the sticker shop and check your last past (unless you purchased another pack already.) Popcap already stated this multiple times.

    Also, you aren't guaranteed a key. No one is. It's a weekly event, so there's next week. Also, these keys and trial aren't the full update nor does anyone have an advantage over you. It was stated that all will finish it in about the same time.

You aren't guaranteed a key. You just get a chance at a key when you open that chest. I also didn't get a key from the 50 star chest.

    I did not get one on the wife's account either now I have to listen to that until the next time trials comes back which I hope its pretty quick.

      Are there other form to get the key? because I opened the chest and I got a toxic superbrainz piece so how can I get the key now ;(

        You have to wait until the next mystery portal event for the boxes to reset and you'll get another chance at a key.
