Deluxe edition content missing

I bought the deluxe edition of PVZ GW2 on steam, but did not receive any of the content when launching and entering the game. It states on the EA app that the deluxe edition content is accessed through steam, however, even when launching through steam, I am receiving no deluxe content material. How do i fix this issue?
