No map, menu, zomburbia - nothing!

Question

I just bought this game, PvZGW2 - the deluxe version.
I was excited to play it but I'm not understanding why I'm citron and already in mystery of the moon - there's no map or instruction as to what I have to do, or accomplish, I've yet to see and menu or zomburbia as per the research I've done on YouTube I think my game is faulty? Please any help would be appreciated... Is this the tutorial level? I thought I was meant to begin as sunflower in zomburbia but this isn't happening. No menu, options, map, no nothing! I'm stumped!

This is because your game is installing. You need to wait for the game to finish downloading before you can start the actual game. If you are missing the installing bar it might be something else.&nbsp;

I downloaded it for ps4 yesterday, took 5 hours to download and said it was ready though?

I just keep playing this mystery of the moon level!? And I have no idea what I'm doing. lol

There is a green bar with a flag that says 97% - is this the game installing or... I'm so confused...

The game will download faster if you don't play the game. Its not really worth playing as the citron for hours.&nbsp;
