"No Match Found" Error is back

Ever since the new update dropped, I've been getting the no match found error every time I try to join a game, regardless of wether my system language is in American English or not.

Before the update dropped, I'd have to change the system language to American English to play online, which in turn would not allow me to access the store or daily quests.
Now, with both my native system language AND american english, I have no acess to either online matches or the store/daily quests.

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and if they've found a new solution.
