No Players PC Server change or combine of servers

I bought Garden Warfare 2 in the sale as i have it on the 360 and it is a very good game. Unfortunately there seems to be next to no people playing. how can i change servers like the region. I mainly...

Me and a friend of mine also just bought the game for PC.  We tried for a while to find matches and it seems like it was always just us.  Has the player base left completely?  I figured it would  be quite populated.  I am quite disapointed and will be looking for a full refund if i find out the game is dead and has no multiplayer.
