No Red Chest?

I just started my game for the new event, wanted to spend my 50 stars and this is what i found:

    @Screion Thanks for the post, we are looking into this. 

    It seems like the chest was opened early without player interaction. Hold on to your stars, hopefully we can get an update on this soon.

    I had this happening since the 29 but my red chest still won't work even after restarting the game countless times as well as my console. I even delete it and reinstalled just now and still nothing. What do I do?
