No way to connect ea or fb in p v z hero

the option to connect with facebook or the EA account should be in the screen you submitted as screenshot where it says cÍhoice27.

if you do not have any button that says "My Account", it might be due to an age restriction. On first launch of the game you get a slider to adjust your age. If you enter a young age, the account might turn out as underage and therefore not allowed to connect due to age restrictions.

If you did not make a lot of progress so far you could try completely deleting and reinstalling the game on your device and check out if it is possible then. Please bear in mind that a deletion of an anonymous account results in the loss of all data.

Oh no,,, I thought the age would not matter. I made many purchases and progress...  PLEASE HELP! I love the game...
