Not getting any coins from any source!

My son has played a few solo matches and some team vanquish and has been stuck on 9k coins for a few games now. Tried to log out of profile and turn the console off, but still no change. Anyone have ...

    Do you happen to know if you were joining the same server? There is an issue where vanquishes dont earn coins, but it generally only happens on the first game.

      I purchased a bunch of coins and they are not showing up - Xbox one. There is also a level 8 sticker pack I opened up and it still is there, and the game freezes if I try to open it up again.
