Not getting any coins from any source!

My son has played a few solo matches and some team vanquish and has been stuck on 9k coins for a few games now. Tried to log out of profile and turn the console off, but still no change. Anyone have ...

    Do you happen to know if you were joining the same server? There is an issue where vanquishes dont earn coins, but it generally only happens on the first game.

I'm on the Xbox 1. I just got the ea package and just DLed the game. I'm not getting any money, all the card packs aren't opening for me, and none of my coins or challenges are saving

    This issue sometimes happens but it's easy enough to fix, leave the current server and join another one.
