Not Getting Prize Bulbs by XP

Summarize your bug I'm unable to get prize bulbs no matter what I do. the meter will fill up with xp, but I won't receive a prize bulb
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure if anybody else is having this issue, but you literally just have to get 4k xp from doing anything that provides xp. the bar will fill up, but no prize bulbs are granted.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Night Cap
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? any combination of upgrades
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

this glitch has only just started happening today. this glitch happens regardless of what characters or upgrades I'm using. I've tried doing everything that grants xp bulbs, and the only thing that works is when I do either daily or weekly challenges.

Same I’m getting nowhere on the prize map

Same here. I'm only getting prize bulbs when doing the daily challenges. No bulbs for anything else. 

Same here. It was fine yesterday and ever since the Origin update today I am not getting prize bulbs via XP, only from the challenges. I tested in on a few different characters, rebooted my system again after the first time it failed, and no bulbs are being gained.

This needs to be fixed ASAP, it's a core part of how we earn bulbs and just play the game, this is a serious problem and a major disincentive to play right now.

Having the same problem. It just started today for me.

The same thing is happening to me on PS4 no matter what I do when I get the XP I don't get the bulb I only get them from the daily challenges which really sucks because I'm almost done with the prize map

I am having this problem as well. This needs to be fixed right away

Same here, played for 5 hours this morning and nothing. Also, everything I was doing for my timed character challenges were not registering. Very frustrating
