Not receiving gems for the end of the season reward in pvz heroes
So this is either the 2nd or 3rd time that at the end of the season I receive my card packs but not my 200 gems(I always rank gold) is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Sorry to hear about that, would you be able to share your Player ID with us so we can look into this out on the back-end?

Look for your Player ID at the bottom left of your screen.

i've already been in contact with ea and both times they awarded me my gems so i got my gems but i've never gotten them with the card packs i've always had to message ea. player id is:1002407656621

Unfortunately, I have also not received my end of season gems, also Gold league.
This is the first time it’s happened to me.Do you think you could please check things out for my account too?
