Not receiving gems for the end of the season reward in pvz heroes

So this is either the 2nd or 3rd time that at the end of the season I receive my card packs but not my 200 gems(I always rank gold) is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Thanks  @Block1973 for the additional information on this, I'll let you know if we have any more information and I apologize for your experience on this.

So as you know the season just ended and what a surprise. I got my card packs and....not my gems

    You are not supposed to get eny gems when season ends. You will get your gems, when you achieve next league 🙂
