@DarthVinni Ugh, unless you've got an internet problem or you're on a secondary profile & have forgotten to sign in the main one, posting in Bug Reports is your best bet, I think. Sorry ☹

@ToastedSarnie surely my internet wouldn't affect the levels though? I don't have a secondary profile, and I've been trying to post on the bug page but it's now giving me an option to post it, just a preview button 🤷🏻‍♂️

    @DarthVinni You have to be online to play. In GW & GW2, I sometimes found that I could get into the game lobby or menus, but if my internet was playing up, it wouldn't let me into an online match, nor could it retrieve my saved data, so my profile would look like I'd entered the game for the 1st time. The fact you're posting here ok makes me think that's not the answer though. Exit Bug Reports, give it a couple of mins, refresh the page, then go in & check to see if it's submitted.
