Odd Monkey Smuggler Behaviour

I've been recently climbing the ranks successfully with a Brain Freeze pet deck, and may I say that Monkey Smuggler is a great inclusion. This means I've seen its effect trigger many times (in which 2 sections of the block meter are stolen) and have noticed that occasionally it does an animation in which the monkey jumps off the zombie's head and starts to dance around the opponent's face for a few seconds. I could be wrong, but from my experience, this only happens when the opponent has exactly 1 section of the block meter filled (not 0 2 or more) and so was wondering if this was a mistake, or there's something else I'm missing.

I'm only really saying this because if it is a bug, I very much would like to see the monkey dance more 🙂
