Old Maps Remakes - Should They Be Made?
Listen, I "Like" the new G&G and HA maps but they arn't as good as the G&G maps in the first game, they feel very unbalanced. especially the G&G maps and to a greater extent, the entire Time Park map...

I don't normally buy DLC but i would pay to have the old maps ps my fav is Driftwood Shores
Driftwood Shores was my favorite too. I would love to see that map return, but not if they plan to do what they did to Garden Center.
I enjoyed Gardens and Graveyards a lot more in the first game as well. I think part of the issue in the new game is the map designs, but I think the issue runs deeper than just spawn points. Another problem is that there are still a lot of balance issues to work out with the characters. With some of the new characters, though, I am not sure this mode will ever be quite the same. Super Brainz twister and the Imps mechs really change the way capture points play out in this game compared to the first one.
Gardens and Graveyards had a certain feel to it. There were moments of chaos in the first game, but in Garden Warfare 2 this game mode feels chaotic most of the time to me. Even with the old maps Turf Takeover may never be as much fun unfortunately. We won't really know for sure, though, until the character balance issues are worked out, and that will take a while.
AW, yes, I do know that they said that long ago. But I guess if anything they should throw out this new map making system and go back to the old way.
I think we can all agree that Time Park, is very unbalanced. In many ways.
And im not saying identical replicas, I'm saying maps that have been redesigned for all characters to have a unique experience while playing that map.
And while with Fleet117, yes I didn't like the "reskin" of garden center either. You're not alone.
All the old maps should be remade. They were the best and the new ones suck.
