[Old Report] Farmville 2 Country Escape: Touch screen not working

Farmville 2 Country Escape: Game opens but touch screen not working ( I experience this problem both with my IPad and my IPhone) All the features of the game seem to be fine ( i.e. cows are moving, fields are growing, stoves and ovens are producing) but nothing happens when I touch the screen to collect the items.
