[Old Report] I opened 23 premium packs and deleted the game
So I started the game recently and did all my heroes quests in story missions and ranked to level 10 in pvp (it's quite easy) to have 2000 diamonds and be able to buy the premium multipacks. 23 premium packs.
I opened the 23 packs and got lots of common cards, some rare, a few super rare and a single legendary and 0 new heroes... It's more than disappointing... :/ I got some legendaries from the premium pack you get when finishing the hero quests. So I was expecting to get really more than 1 legendary from those 23 packs... and more than legendaries... at least one new hero... Especially when I finished all my hero quests...
So anyway I just deleted the game.. I don't want to grind again like that to buy a new multipack to finally get again no new heroes...

That was definitely very bad luck and I understand your disappointment. However, if you enjoy the game, I would continue playing because with the cards that you did get you should be able to build some very solid decks with the 6 starting heroes that you get and should be able to easily climb up the ladder and get another 2k gems and then have another go at getting more heroes. My experience was that I was able to purchase the 2K pack 3 times over the course of climbing the ladder and on two of those 2K packs I got lots of heroes but in one I didn't so I highly recommend you give it another go.
Don't think of it as grinding. Just play at your pace. Play when you feel like it and play because you enjoy the gameplay. It may take longer than if you purposefully grind for gems but if you are enjoying the game it shouldn't matter.
Something I do when a game dissapoints me like that is to take a little break. I also play multiple games so that if one upsets me, I just go to the other and that way I don't get tired of one particular game.
