[Old Report] P2 can't join game

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4
Please provide your Xbox gamertag or PSN ID. (Optional)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Not really sure
Summarize your bug P2 unable to join the game from second controller
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Login to PS4 profile that setup EA Access 2. Start PvZ for the first time and accept terms and conditions 3. Sign in to EA 4. Land on "Build the Gardenator" stage Turn on second controller to join the game but encountered "P2 Unavailable". Appreciate help. Thanks
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

P1 controller enrolled to EA Access and P2 controller a registered PS4 profile.
