I have this problem where when I play the game pvz battle for neighborville it always crashes in the start where i press enter and it connects to ea servers, I really need help on how to solve this so I can play the game for the first time.

Thank you for your advice, @Trafikon24. I will do tell ea sheperd about my problem. I really want to play the game so badly as a beginner. Has it always been like this where hackers trying to ban accounts?

I can assure you that you have not been "banned" if this is your first time playing the game. Nobody "bans" random new players of the game, experienced players are usually the ones who get "banned". You couldn't have been banned anyway because you've never engaged with the games' multiplayer for someone to notice you and "ban" you. There is no ban pop-up either because these "bans" are not official bans from EA, they can be caused by anyone who knows how to do it.
This is more likely because of some other technical issue. It might help if you attach a DxDiag of your computer to the forum to see if there's something to do with your computer that makes the game crash, but it could be something else.
